Indonesia – Underwater battle

Oceans contain the greatest diversity of life on Earth. Humans rely on the oceans for their important natural resources. Overexploitation of fish and other resources, destructive fishing, unregulated development, pollution and climate change are altering oceans in numerous ways. WWF works around the world to protect oceans and the variety of species and communities that depend on them. Indonesia waters hold enormous economic potential through its richness in fishery and tourism, as well as home to variety of endangered marine species such are turtles, marine mammals, sharks, coral reefs, reef fishes and other marine biota.
